A registrant who is a resident of a jurisdiction other than Wyoming must satisfy the CPC requirements of their resident jurisdiction. The requirements for Wyoming will be deemed as satisfied when a nonresident registrant provides evidence of having satisfied the requirements of his/her resident jurisdiction. If registrants reside in a jurisdiction that has no CPC requirements, the registrant must satisfy' the requirements of Wyoming.
