Section 6-4 - Application Denial Hearings

(a) An application denial hearing is a formal contested case hearing conducted pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and applicable provisions of the formal hearing procedures established in the Uniform Rules for Contested Case Practice and Procedure.

(b) The hearing is to be conducted in the presence of a quorum of the Board, with a hearing officer presiding.

(c) The applicant has the burden of proving that he/she meets all requirements for the license requested.
