These rules and regulations are adopted to implement the Board's authority to conduct investigations, hearing and proceedings, concerning alleged violations, and to determine and administer appropriate disciplinary action against licensees for proven violations. These rules are also adopted to implement the Board's authority to conduct investigations, hearings and proceedings concerning action related to an application for a license, including granting or denial of licensure.
