Section 5-1 - Permit Required

Any licensed funeral service practitioner, funeral director, firm, association, or corporation desiring to operate a funeral establishment in the state of Wyoming shall apply for and receive a permit from the Board. The permit shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises of the funeral establishment.
