The Board shall elect one (1) of its members as president during the annual meeting to be held at the Board office, 2001 Capitol Avenue, Room 104, Cheyenne, Wyoming, on the second Tuesday in June beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Board may meet at other times as deemed necessary to transact business.
