Section 2-7 - Temporary Licensure (a) Eligibility. An applicant may seek temporary licensure if the applicant is actively licensed in good standing to practice in another jurisdiction with licensure requirements as stringent as Wyoming. (b) Application Requirements. Applicant shall: (i) Submit a completed application and payment of fees; (ii) Meet requirements identified in Section 4(b)(ii); and (iii) Submit license verification directly from their jurisdiction. (c) Limitations and Conditions. A temporary license is valid for only ten (10) consecutive days and shall not be renewed. The Board shall not grant more than two (2) temporary licenses to an applicant during any calendar year.
