Services for which the Board charges a fee shall include but not be limited to the following fee schedule:

| (i) Podiatrist License | $800.00 | |
| (ii) Podiatric Assistant Certificate | $50.00 | |
| (b) | License Renewal Fee | $400.00 |
| (c) | Late Renewal Fee | $100.00 |
| (d) | Duplicate Wall Certificate | $25.00 |
| (e) | Roster Fee | $200.00 |
| (f) | Verification of License | $25.00 |
| (g) | Transfer of Podiatric Assistant Certificate | $20.00 |
| (h) | Copy fee | $0.25 per page |
