Section 1-1 - Authority

In accordance with W.S. § 36-4-12 l(a)(xiv), the Wyoming Parks and Cultural Resources Commission shall designate campsites containing added amenities and the Depaitment of State Parks and Cultural Resources shall create mles and regulations to establish fees for added amenities at any park, area or site under the jurisdiction of the Department.
