Section 3-8 - Notification of Applicants and Right of Appeal

If the applicant's initial application is denied, the reasons for this rejection shall be communicated in writing. The applicant shall have the right to request reconsideration of the application materials, and may further request a healing before the Board in accordance with the Wyomnig Administrative Procedures Act.
