The State Board for Respiratory Care Rules and Regulations are set forth for the purpose of interpreting and implementing W.S. 33-43-101 through 118 establishing the Board, and conferring upon it the responsibility for licensure of respiratory care practitioners, and the regulation of the practice of respiratory care in the State of Wyoming.
