Section 6-1 - Authority

a. These rules are promulgated pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, W.S. 9-692.1et. Seq., and the Governors Executive Order of March 7, 1975. These rules apply to all public records maintained by the State Examiner, State of Wyoming.
