Leak detection requirements for underground piping connected to ASTs shall be the same as those found in Section 14. Sump sensors shall be wired to shut down all pumps and dispensers in the event of an alarm. Containment sumps used for interstitial monitoring of piping shall be tested in accordance with Section 10(d).
