Section 23-1 - Authority

This regulation is promulgated pursuant to the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act. Specifically, W.S. 35-11-302(a) (xi) stipulates that the administrator shall develop standards for subdivision applications submitted to the department under W.S. W.S. W.S. 18-5-306.
