(a) This Chapter is promulgated pursuant to the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act, W.S. 35-11-101 et seq., specifically W.S. W.S. 35-11-533, to establish the municipal solid waste landfill remediation program and to provide funding to take remediation actions at eligible leaking municipal solid waste landfills.
