Section 5-5 - Forfeiture and release of bonds

Forfeiture proceedings and release of bonds shall be equivalent to that procedure set forth in W.S. 35-11-421 through 35-11-423 substituting therein "person engaging in exploration by dozing" for "operator" and "exploration by dozing" for "surface mining".
