Emergency suspension pursuant to W.S. § 16-3-113(c) ; The Board may temporarily suspend a license if the Board finds that the public health, safety or welfare imperatively requires emergency action. The Board shall notify the technologist or technician of the grounds for suspension immediately and shall promptly institute formal proceedings hereunder.
