Section 5-6 - Notification of Applicants and Right of Appeal

When an applicant has submitted evidence that they have satisfied all the standards for licensure, the Board shall review the application and notify the applicant of its decision in writing. If the applicant is denied on the basis of initial application materials, the reasons for this rejection shall be communicated in writing. The applicant shall have the right of reconsideration as established in Chapter 9.
