Section 4-1 - Authority and Purpose

These rules are adopted by the Wyoming Board of Barber Examiners, hereafter "Board" pursuant to the authority granted by W.S. 33-7-211, and in accordance with the Administrative Procedures to the Board in undertaking its responsibilities pursuant to this Act.
