| (viii) New Shop or School License Inspection | $100.00 |
| (ix) New Mobile Shop Inspection | $150.00 |
| (x) Change of Location of Inspection | $100.00 |
| (xi) Reopening Inspection | $100.00 |
| (xii) Barber School Application | $150.00 |
| (xiii) Barber School License (annual) | $100.00 |
| (xiv) Barber Instructor Examination | $125.00 |
