In the event a barber shop or barber school is found by the inspecting member of the State Board of Barber Examiners or their designee to be in violation of these rules and, in the opinion of the inspector, constitutes a health hazard, the Local or State Department of Health shall be notified. If findings indicate that practices or the physical condition of the shop or school constitutes a health hazard, the Board shall institute immediate action to close the shop until corrections have been accomplished.
