Section 7-7 - Diaper Changing

(a) Diaper changing areas shall:

• (i) Be immediately accessible from the wading pool;

• (ii) Used only for changing diapers;

• (iii) Constructed of smooth, non-porous material; and

• (iv) Be easily accessible to a handwashing facility.
