(a.) These rules are promulgated as required by the Wyoming Weed and Pest Control Law of 1957 (W.S. 11-5-101 through W.S. W.S. W.S. 11-5-303 ), hereinafter called the Act, and the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act (W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-101 through W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-115 ) for the purpose of carrying out the intent of the Act and is applicable to all section of the Act.
