Section 6-5 - Single-Service and Single-Use

(a) Materials that are used to make single-service and single-use articles:

• (i) May not:
  • (A) Allow the migration of deleterious substances; or
  • (B) Impart odors, colors, or tastes to food; and

• (ii) Shall be:
  • (A) Safe; and
  • (B) Clean.
