Pursuant to the authority vested in the director of the Wyoming department of agriculture by virtue of W.S. 35-7-120, 35-7-123(a) (iii), and 35-7-127, together with the department of health and the governor's food safety council established pursuant to W.S. W.S. W.S. 35-7-127, the following rules are hereby promulgated.
