Section 1-9 - Full-time guardians ad litem

A full-time attorney GAL shall not engage in private practice except to complete business pending at time of his/her employment or contract. A full-time GAL shall devote his/her fulltime to performing GAL services as directed by the Deputy Director and is supervised by the Deputy Director.
