Section 8-7 - Consolidation of Multiple Actions

If an employee has multiple, separate, or pending grievances or appeals involving the same employee and agency, those grievances or appeals may be consolidated into one proceeding upon mutual, written agreement, if the facts and nature of the actions so allow.
