Section 1-3 - Applicability

These rules apply to claims against any state agency as defined in Wyo. Stat. § 1-41-102(a)(vii) or public employee as defined in Wyo. Stat. § 1-41-102(a)(v) and any member of the public who makes a claim against the state or any public employee covered by the State Self-Insurance Program.
