Section 3-9 - Findings, Conclusions and Order

Within a reasonable time, and no later than thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall make its decision by conference call or at a regularly scheduled meeting and serve its findings and conclusions, including an order adjudication the dispute, upon the parties. The findings, conclusions and order shall be served by certified mail.
