Section 1-1 - Authority

The Secretary of State, pursuant to W.S. 17-19-122 and W.S. W.S. W.S. 17-19-130, is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to implement the Wyoming Nonprofit Corporation Act and to set the filing fees under the Act.
