Section 4-2 - Purpose

These rules are promulgated to enable State and local Wyoming election officials and employees to administer W.S. 22-1-102(a)(xli) and W.S. W.S. 22-15-105 and the requirements of HAVA relating to provisional ballots uniformly and efficiently.
