Section 1-3 - LOCAL AND REGIONAL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OR WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION INCIDENT RESPONSE REPORTING (a) Local and regional hazardous materials and weapons of mass destruction incident reporting. - (i) Local emergency response authorities and regional response administrators shall submit final After Action Report (AAR) within thirty (30) days of the incident end date as specified in Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-9-155(d)(i)(C). The report shall be on a form provided by the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security for any hazardous materials or weapons of mass destruction incidents not exempt under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-9-159(b).
