Section NR 51.82 - Allocation of funds

The department may allocate up to $250,000 each year under the grant program for property development and local assistance, under s. 23.0917(4), Stats., for grants to friends groups and nonprofit conservation organizations. The department may not obligate or encumber more than $20,000 in each fiscal year for any one department property.
