Section NR 47.08 - Grant awards; payment(1) Grants shall be awarded subject to execution of the project agreement, as specified in s. NR 47.03(5).(2) Grant payments may not be paid until a claim supported by evidence of cost has been received by the department, unless otherwise agreed upon by the department, in writing.(3) Payments may not be paid for project modification unless approved by the department.Wis.
