Section NR 23.08 - Motor trolling Trolling with up to 3 hooks, baits, or lures per person is authorized on all Wisconsin-Michigan boundary waters, except that in Vilas county waters, trolling with one hook, bait, or lure per person and no more than three lines used per boat is authorized.
