Section NR 274.31 - Applicability; description of the secondary tungsten and cobalt subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the production of tungsten or cobalt at secondary tungsten and cobalt facilities which process tungsten or tungsten carbide scrap raw materials.
