Section NR 274.25 - Applicability; description of the primary precious metals and mercury subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the production of gold, silver or mercury by primary precious metals and mercury facilities.
