Section NR 274.03 - Applicability; description of the secondary aluminum smelting subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the recovery, processing, and remelting of aluminum scrap to produce metallic aluminum alloys.
