Section NR 252.70 - Applicability; description of the shearing subcategory

The provisions of this subcategory are applicable to process wastewater discharges resulting from any tannery which processes raw or cured sheep or sheep-like skins with the wool or hair retained into finished leather by chrome tanning, and retan-wet finishing.
