Section NR 233.56 - Pretreatment standards for existing sources (PSES)

Except as provided in ss. NR 211.13 and 211.14, no later than November 6, 1999, any existing source subject to this subchapter shall comply with ch. NR 211 and achieve the pretreatment standards for existing sources as follows. There may be no discharge of process wastewater pollutants.
