Section NR 809.959 - Public notice by the department on behalf of the public water system(1) DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES. The department may give the notice required by this subchapter on behalf of the water supplier if the department complies with the requirements of this subchapter.(2) PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN PUBLIC NOTICE IS PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT.
