Section NR 300.01 - Purpose

This chapter prescribes procedures, timelines, and fees for waterway and wetland regulatory decisions and services including exemption, permitting, and enforcement decisions as well as wetland mapping, wetland identification, wetland confirmation, and waterway jurisdictional decisions.
