Section NR 747.13 - Exclusive remedy and liability

The PECFA fund awards for remediation activities and is not intended to result in owners or operators or persons owning home oil tank systems making any profit or receiving duplicate payment in a remediation. As specified in s. 292.63(7) (am), Stats., an award made under this chapter is the exclusive method of recovery for costs reimbursed under the fund.
