Section NR 665.0077 - Additional reports

In addition to submitting the annual and unmanifested waste reports described in ss. NR 665.0075 and 665.0076, the owner or operator shall also report all of the following to the department:

(1) Releases, fires and explosions as specified in s. NR 665.0056(9).

(2) Groundwater contamination and monitoring data as specified in ss. NR 665.0093 and 665.0094.

(3) Facility closure as specified in s. NR 665.0115.

(4) Other information as required by subchs. AA, BB and CC.
