Section NR 664.0077 - Additional reports

In addition to submitting the annual reports and unmanifested waste reports described in ss. NR 664.0075 and 664.0076, the owner or operator shall also report all of the following to the department:

(1) Releases, fires and explosions as specified in s. NR 664.0056(9).

(2) Facility closures specified in s. NR 664.0115.

(3) Other information as required by subchs. F, K to N, AA, BB and CC.
