Section NR 662.202 - This subchapter is optional(1) LARGE QUANTITY GENERATORS AND SMALL QUANTITY GENERATORS. An eligible academic entity has the option of complying with this subchapter with respect to its laboratories, as an alternative to complying with the requirements under ss. NR 662.011 and 662.015.(2) VERY SMALL QUANTITY GENERATORS. An eligible academic entity has the option of complying with this subchapter with respect to laboratories, as an alternative to complying with the conditional exemption under s. NR 662.014.Wis.
