Section NR 661.0190 - Applicability(1) The requirements of this subchapter apply to tank systems for storing or treating hazardous secondary material excluded under the remanufacturing exclusion under s. NR 661.0004(1) (za).(2) Tank systems, including sumps, as defined in s. NR 660.10(114), that serve as part of a secondary containment system to collect or contain releases of hazardous secondary material are exempted from the requirements specified in s.
