Section NR 661.1080 - Applicability(1) The requirements in this subchapter apply to tanks and containers that contain hazardous secondary material excluded under the remanufacturing exclusion specified in s. NR 661.0004(1) (za), unless the tanks and containers are equipped with and operating air emission controls in accordance with the requirements of an applicable Clean Air Act regulation codified under 40 CFR parts 60, 61, and 63, or subject to ch.
