An entity with a department approved plan under former ch. LAD 3, (April, 1972) Wis. Adm. Code, may resubmit the plan to the department with a written request for the department to evaluate the plan under this chapter. The department will evaluate the previously approved plan through the procedure specified in s. NR 185.05(4).
