Section NR 162.45 - Financial management The recipient shall do all of the following:
(1) Maintain project accounts in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles or other methods of accounting accepted by the department or required by the federal government.(2) Maintain a financial management system that meets the requirements, terms, and conditions of the interest rate subsidy agreement.(3) Comply with any requirements of the BCPL.Wis.
