One year after the licensee completes the bulk sampling and site stabilization and revegetation set forth in the bulk sampling plan, the department shall release the bond submitted by the licensee under s. NR 130.204(2) (b) and terminate the bulk sampling license if the department determines that the licensee has complied with this subchapter and other approvals related to the bulk sampling.
